New Searchable REO Database
The thoughtful use of technology has been a hallmark of NAI Global for over 20 years. Recently, we took another significant step in creatively developing and deploying technology to support our Members and our customers.
NAI Global's Special Asset Solutions Group and Princeton based technology group has spearheaded and launched a unique new web site that sets a new standard for the presentation of bank owned (REO) commercial real estate assets. Responding to the needs of a major national bank, NAI Global has developed a searchable database that will eventually contain as many as 1,000 commercial REO properties. The public web site is at www.assetresolutiongroup.com. We urge you to take a look at the site for several reasons.
A unique feature of the site is that the customer has assembled all of its baseline due diligence information on each property--title reports, photos, development plans, environmental reports and other information on each asset. NAI has structured this information so it is accessible. This reduces the time potential buyers need to determine interest in the asset and reduces the hassle to the bank responding to potential buyers inquiries.
